Our products are covered by our lifetime guarantee which covers fading, flaking, peeling and frost damage.  This does not cover accidental damage or acts of vandalism.

In the highly unlikely event that you wish to claim please return the affected plaque together with your original receipt and payment of £2.99 (or £4.99 in Europe) to cover return postage and packing.

Please note that all measurements are approximate, we will endeavour to satisfy any special requests you may have i.e. different colour border, photo manipulation etc, "we will always do our best for you, but try as we may we cannot perform miracles."
